ORDERING A STORAGE BUILDING FROM "OUTBACK BUILDINGS"

When the order is placed, a written quote is given for the price of the building. That price will be good for 30 days. The customer is then given a specific date to expect the delivery and construction of the building; however, inclement weather, illness, or other unplanned-for delays must be taken under consideration. If the date of construction must be changed, priority is given as to the next available and convenient date.

The builder assigned will call the customer confirming delivery either the morning of the scheduled date of construction or the afternoon before. IT IS NOT NECESSARY THAT ANYONE BE HOME ON THE DATE OF CONSTRUCTION. ONLY THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED:

1. Mark the exact location for the building by using four stakes to mark the corners and one stake to mark the position of the door.

2. Access to electricity. The builder will bring extension cords but must have

electricity to run his power tools.

3. Payment is due upon completion of the building. Payment may be made by personal check or money order. Financing is also available. If no one will be home upon completion, prior arrangements must be made for payment. ALL ORDERS ARE C.O.D.

The location of the building is very important. Any clearing or excavating of the site will be the owner's responsibility. To allow for construction, 2 feet from any given side is required. The height of the building should also be considered. All overhanging tree limbs should be trimmed. Also, the site should be as level as possible. These buildings are constructed on treated 4 x 4 runners. The builder will level 6" or less with treated blocks or other material at no extra charge, or concrete blocks may be purchased for $1.50 each. If the building is to be constructed on prepared ground, such as gravel beds, railroad ties, concrete block, or a concrete slab, they should be in place before the builder arrives.

A permit is not generally required for a storage building. If required, it will be the customer's responsibility to obtain one. OUTBACK BUILDINGS DOES NOT ACQUIRE PERMITS, ZONING VARIANCES OR DO COVENANT SEARCHES.
